    • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 5 filets anchovy
    • đź§„ 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • đź§€ 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 🍋 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • đź§‚ 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Put mayonnaise, anchovies, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor.

Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, and add a pinch of cayenne if you want a little kick.

Blend another 20 seconds to mix well.
