Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter

- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
STEPS
Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, dark chocolate chips, flax seeds, protein powder, coconut, chia seeds, and coconut extract together in a large bowl; fold in coffee beans.
