INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 6 pork spare ribs (360g)
Beans
- 100g mixed beans
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, cut into wedges
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Herbs and Liquids
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 100cc white wine
- 100cc water
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 bay leaf
STEPS
Slice the garlic and remove its core. Cut the onion into wedges.
Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the pork ribs and cook over medium heat, flipping until browned on both sides.
Add the onion and stir until coated with oil. Then add mixed beans and all ★ ingredients. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
