INGREDIENTS
Potatoes
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp herb salt
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Yogurt Sauce
- 🥛 3 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS

Cut the potatoes into wedges and soak them in water. Drain well.
