Soy Products
- 🥛 Silken Tofu 1 block (300g)
Vegetables
- 🥕 Carrot 1 (julienned)
- Zucchini 1 (thinly sliced)

Seasonings
- Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
- Grated ginger 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil 1 teaspoon
STEPS
Wrap the tofu in a kitchen towel and let it drain for 5 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the carrot, zucchini, and onion on medium heat.
Break the tofu into rough chunks by hand and add it to the vegetables.
Add soy sauce and ginger, and stir-fry for another 3 minutes while mixing everything together.
