    • 2 tbsp cooking wine

    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut out the core of the cabbage and discard it.

Slice the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, approximately 4cm.

Wash the sliced cabbage in cold water and drain thoroughly.

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, water, sesame seeds, and sesame oil to create the seasoning sauce.

Place the cabbage in a deep pan over high heat.

Pour the prepared seasoning sauce evenly over the cabbage.

Stir-fry the cabbage for 5 minutes, mixing thoroughly to coat with the sauce. If using induction, cook for 8 minutes.
