Hanpen Wrapped in Fried Tofu

    • 1 piece hanpen (100g)
  • Dairy

    • đź§€ 2 slices cheese
  • Tofu

    • 2 pieces fried tofu (40g)
  • Condiments

    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil

Cut the hanpen and cheese into quarters.

Cut the fried tofu into halves. Roll with chopsticks to open into a pouch and turn inside out.

Stuff the tofu pouch with hanpen and place a slice of cheese on each side of the hanpen. Seal the opening with a toothpick. Repeat to make 4 pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the stuffed tofu and cook until both sides are golden brown. Add soy sauce and mix well.
