INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece hanpen (150g)
- 1 sheet nori
- 1 tsp salad oil
Filling Ingredients
- 1 can scallop flakes (70g)
- 20g pizza cheese
- 2 tsp aonori
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp potato starch
STEPS
Cut the nori into 6 rectangular pieces.
Drain the scallop flakes to remove excess liquid.
In a plastic bag, combine hanpen, scallop flakes, cheese, aonori, mayonnaise, and potato starch. Mash and divide into 6 portions, then shape into round balls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the hanpen balls and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Wrap each cooked ball with a piece of nori and serve.
