INGREDIENTS
Chicken Meatballs
- 🍗 150g ground chicken
- 1 piece (110g) hanpen
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Other Ingredients
- 🥦 2/3 head (130g) broccoli
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g)
- 🍠1/2 sweet potato (90g)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Simmering Sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- đź’§ 300ml water
STEPS
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, hanpen, sake, salt, grated ginger, and potato starch until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
Cut broccoli, carrot, and sweet potato into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and lightly sauté the vegetables.
Add water, chicken stock powder, and salt to the pot and bring to a boil.
Add the meatballs to the pot and simmer for 10–15 minutes until cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy.
