    • 1 piece hanpen (60g)
    • 10 okra pods
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tsp water
    • 2 tsp ground sesame seeds

Boil water in a pot and cook okra for about 2 minutes. Cool in water to remove residual heat.
