- 1 pack (45g) natto
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho
- đź§‚ 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the hanpen into bite-sized pieces and trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts, then cut them in half.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the hanpen until golden brown.
Add the kaiware sprouts and stir-fry briefly. Mix in the yuzu kosho and soy sauce, then turn off the heat.
Add the natto and mix well before serving.
