INGREDIENTS

  • Meat Mixture

    • 200g ground meat
    • đź§… 1/2 onion, minced
    • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
    • 🥛 3 tbsp milk
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper
  • Roasted Vegetables

    • 🍅 2 tomatoes, sliced
    • 2 eggplants, sliced
    • đź§„ 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 2 tbsp grated cheese
    • đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Garnish

    • Chopped parsley, as needed

Mince the onion and microwave it for 1 minute at 600W. Slice the tomatoes and eggplants into 7mm slices. Mince the garlic.

Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Add remaining meat mixture ingredients and knead until sticky. Flatten into a heatproof container and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.

Layer tomatoes and eggplants alternately on the meat mixture. Sprinkle garlic, cheese, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bake at 200°C for another 15 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
