    • 4 slices ham
  • Noodles

    • 30g vermicelli
  • Vegetables

    • 50g garlic chives
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds

Trim the root ends of garlic chives and cut them into 4cm pieces. Cut vermicelli into bite-sized lengths using kitchen scissors.

Cut ham in half and slice into 5mm strips.

Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli and cook for about 2 minutes. Add garlic chives and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool, then squeeze out excess water.

In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds). Add ham, garlic chives, and vermicelli, then toss to combine.
