STEPS
Place the sliced beef on a paper towel and gently press to remove excess blood. Slice the onion into thick strips.
In a pot, combine the beef, onion, tsuyu sauce, and water. Bring to a boil and simmer until the broth reduces slightly. Season with salt to taste.
Serve the beef mixture over a bowl of cooked rice. Top with an egg yolk, chili powder, and pickled ginger.
