    • 100g ground meat
  • Vegetables

    • 🍆 2 eggplants (160g)
    • 🌿 2 basil leaves
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
    • đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic

Cut off the stem of the eggplants and slice them in half lengthwise. Quickly rinse them with water, wrap them in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Cool them in cold water with the wrap still on, then tear them into bite-sized pieces.

In a microwave-safe container, mix the ground meat with the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and grated garlic). Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Stir well.

Add the eggplants to the meat mixture and mix lightly. Tear the basil leaves and add them while mixing.
