STEPS
Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel. Place shishito peppers on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and toast until browned.
Place the yellowtail fillets on the tray and bake for 5 minutes on one side. Flip and bake for another 5 minutes. Spread okara miso sauce on top and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Plate the yellowtail fillets and garnish with the roasted shishito peppers.
