INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Sprinkle salt on the yellowtail fillets and let them sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Place the fillets and sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce) in a resealable bag. Mix well, remove air, seal, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Remove the fillets from the bag and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess marinade.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat. Place the fillets in the pan and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
