INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 5 tbsp water
STEPS
Drain the oil from the tuna and mix it with 2 tbsp of mayonnaise.
In a pan over low heat, combine 4 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp mirin, 2 tbsp corn syrup, and 5 tbsp water. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Place the tuna mixture inside the cooked rice and shape into rice balls.
Heat a pan with oil, place the rice balls, brush them with the sauce, and grill for 20 seconds on each side over low heat.
