  • Tofu

    • Firm tofu 1 block
  • Seasonings

    • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
    • Mirin 1 tbsp
    • Sesame oil 1 tbsp

Drain the firm tofu and cut it into slices approximately 1.5 cm thick.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and spread sesame oil. Grill the tofu for about 3 minutes per side until both sides turn golden brown.

Combine soy sauce and mirin, and coat the tofu. Finally, sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
