    • 1 handful chamnamul

    • 5 tbsp cornstarch

    • Adequate amount of cooking oil
  • Perilla Dressing

    • 2 tbsp perilla powder
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 🥢 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 2 tbsp olive oil

Mix all ingredients for the perilla dressing except olive oil, then add olive oil and mix again.

Cut chamnamul into 4 cm pieces.

Thinly slice the onion and soak in cold water to remove its sharpness, then drain.

Cut tofu into pieces approximately 1.5 cm x 4 cm, sprinkle with salt, and remove excess moisture using a paper towel.

Coat tofu evenly with cornstarch, heat oil in a pan, and fry tofu until golden brown on both sides. Drain excess oil using paper towels.

Arrange chamnamul, onion, and tofu on a plate, and serve the perilla dressing on the side.
