- 1 piece (160g) tofu
- 1/2 pack maitake mushrooms
- 1/3 stalk green onion

Miso Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp miso
STEPS
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, chop the green onion roughly, and separate the maitake mushrooms by hand after trimming the base.
Mix the miso sauce ingredients (sugar, mayonnaise, and miso) in a bowl.
Place the tofu, maitake mushrooms, and green onion on aluminum foil. Pour the miso sauce over them, sprinkle with salt and pepper, wrap tightly, and bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes.
