INGREDIENTS
Wrapper
- 6 spring roll wrappers
Fish
- 1 fillet swordfish (about 100g)
Vegetables
- 1 bag pea shoots (250g)
Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Binding
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- đź’§ 1/2 tbsp water
STEPS
Trim the root ends of the pea shoots.
Cut the swordfish into 6 equal pieces and marinate with chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Place pea shoots and one piece of swordfish on each spring roll wrapper, roll tightly, and seal the ends with the flour-water mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the rolls, turning occasionally, until golden brown on both sides.
