INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 8 small horse mackerels
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🌰 2 tsp grain mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Coating
- 🍞 Sufficient amount of breadcrumbs
Oil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
STEPS
Remove the scales, guts, gills, and heads of the small horse mackerels. Open them by hand and season with salt and pepper.
Mix grain mustard and soy sauce in a bowl.
Spread the mustard mixture on both sides of the fish and coat them with breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the fish on both sides over medium heat for 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the fish on a plate with lettuce and lemon wedges.
