- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Remove the scallop meat from the shells, discard the black parts, and rinse with water after sprinkling with a little salt.
Pat the scallops dry, separate the scallop muscle from the fringe, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the onion. In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sake, yuzu pepper, mayonnaise) with the onion.
Place the scallops back into their shells, top with the seasoned onion mixture, and bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onion.
