INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 🍆 3 eggplants
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 2/3 tbsp red pepper powder
- đź§„ 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/3 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Slice 3 eggplants diagonally into 0.5–0.7mm thick pieces.
Grill the eggplants with perilla oil and a pinch of salt until golden brown on both sides. Let them cool on a plate.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, Korean soy sauce, red pepper powder, minced garlic, sesame seeds, plum extract, and sesame oil.
Mix the cooled grilled eggplants with the prepared seasoning.
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and serve.
