  • Chicken

    • 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
    • đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
    • Potato starch as needed
    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
    • đź§€ 1 slice of melting cheese
    • đź§‚ A pinch of pepper
  • Miso Sauce

    • đź§… 10cm minced green onion
    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 1/2 tbsp miso

Cut the chicken thigh in half lengthwise and open it up. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Mince the green onion and mix it with sugar and miso in a bowl to create the miso sauce.

Stuff the chicken with the miso sauce and coat it with potato starch.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken over medium heat until browned. Flip it over, place the cheese on top, cover with a lid, and cook for 3 minutes until the cheese melts and the chicken is cooked through.
