INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 250g ground chicken
- 10 shiso leaves
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Mixture
- đź§€ 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp tonkatsu sauce
STEPS
Thinly slice 4 shiso leaves.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, sliced shiso leaves, and the seasoning ingredients until sticky.
Divide the mixture into 6 portions, shape into oval patties, and wrap each with the remaining shiso leaves.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook the patties until browned, flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients to the pan and coat the patties while cooking until fully cooked.
