Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, keeping the stems intact, and remove the seeds. Mince the green onion.

Drain the mackerel can and roughly flake the fish into a bowl. Add minced green onion, miso, and sesame oil, then mix well.

Stuff the bell peppers evenly with the mackerel mixture, smooth the surface, and top with pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for about 4 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden. Optionally, garnish with chili threads.
