    • 130g boiled bamboo shoots
    • 1 tbsp chopped green onion
  • Seasonings

Cut the bamboo shoots in half horizontally. Slice the tips into halves and further into 2-3 pieces. Slice the bottom part into 7mm thick pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Add bamboo shoots and grated garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix the stir-fried bamboo shoots with soy sauce, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion.
