INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 1 can (70g) canned tuna in water
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 3 tbsp ground white sesame
STEPS
Slice the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and cut into thin slices. Place bean sprouts, green peppers, and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1.5–2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, ground sesame) in a bowl. Add the drained tuna and microwaved vegetables, then toss to combine.
