INGREDIENTS

- 🌱 30g frozen green peas
- 🍄 200g enoki mushrooms
Liquid

Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of chili oil
STEPS
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate them by hand.
Heat water in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add chicken stock powder, green peas, and enoki mushrooms. Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, adjust the taste, and serve in bowls. Drizzle chili oil on top.
