STEPS
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into thirds. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Drain the tuna and place the walnuts in a bag. Crush the walnuts lightly with a rolling pin, leaving some texture.
Mix the seasonings (mirin, miso, soy sauce) in a bowl and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Add the green beans, tuna, and walnuts, then mix well.
