INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 100g green beans, sliced diagonally
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, diced
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna, oil drained
Seasoning
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Slice the green beans diagonally and dice the potatoes.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Place the diced potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Add the green beans and microwave for another 2 minutes.
Mix the cooked vegetables, drained tuna, and seasoning ingredients (mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper) together.
