STEPS
Cut the goya in half lengthwise and remove seeds and pith with a spoon. Slice thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced goya and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add canned tuna and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the goya is cooked.
Add sake, soy sauce, and curry powder. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
