- 🐟 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 1/3 piece (80g) goya, sliced
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Oil
- 150cc olive oil

Cut the goya in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice into 3mm pieces. Sprinkle with salt and massage until softened, then rinse and drain. Crush garlic and remove its core.

Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add canned mackerel and goya, then simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
