- 🦑 100-150g dried squid
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
STEPS
Rinse the dried squid briefly under running water, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the squid with 1 tbsp cooking wine and 1 tbsp mayonnaise in a bowl.
Prepare the sauce by combining gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, cooking wine, corn syrup, and vegetable oil.
Heat the sauce in a pan with 1/4 cup water and bring to a boil.
Add the squid to the pan and stir quickly to coat with the sauce. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds generously and serve.
