STEPS

Prepare garlic, onion, and green chili. Slice garlic into thin pieces and chop onion and green chili into similar sizes.

Cut canned golbaengi and king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until garlic becomes translucent.

Add king oyster mushroom and stir-fry until the mushroom is cooked through.

Add golbaengi, green chili, and seasonings (soy sauce, cooking wine, plum extract, sugar, and black pepper). Stir-fry and simmer until the sauce thickens.
