INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes, diced
- 🥕 1 carrot, diced

Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of sesame seeds
STEPS
Dice the potatoes, carrot, and onion into small cubes.
Mix soy sauce, gochujang, chili powder, minced garlic, corn syrup, sesame oil, black pepper, and sesame seeds in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the diced vegetables until the potatoes are half-cooked.
Add the prepared sauce and half a cup of water to the pan. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.
Cook on medium-low heat until the sauce thickens and the potatoes are fully cooked.
