- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 1/3 stick (60g) burdock root
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

- 150 ml olive oil
STEPS
Slice the burdock root diagonally into thin pieces and soak in water to remove bitterness. Drain well. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili flakes over low heat until fragrant. Add the mackerel can and burdock root, then simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
