    • 150g glutinous rice flour
    • 30g roasted soybean powder
    • 🥛 200ml milk
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 60g red bean paste or raisins/nuts
    • 🌰 1 handful of walnuts
  • Seasoning

    • 🍬 70g sugar
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt

STEPS

Mix glutinous rice flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add soybean powder and mix well.

Add milk and mix until the batter is smooth.

Add red bean paste and chopped walnuts to the batter, leaving some for topping.

Pour the batter into a round mold to a height of about 1cm. Decorate with reserved walnuts and red bean paste.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Adjust baking time for gas ovens.
