- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 tablespoon milk
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together in a medium bowl and set aside.
In a separate large bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar and oil until well blended. Add buttermilk, lemon juice, and lemon zest and blend together. Fold in zucchini, then gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While loaf is still warm, combine powdered sugar, lemon juice, and milk in a bowl to create the glaze. Spoon glaze over the bread.
Let the glaze fully set before cutting and serving.
