- 🐖 Pork loin thin slices - 300g
- 🧅 Onion - 1 (sliced)
- 🧂 Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Mirin - 2 tbsp
- Sake - 1 tbsp
- Ginger (grated) - 1 tsp

- 🥬 Shredded cabbage - 1/4 head
- 🍚 Cooked white rice - servings for 4
STEPS
Sprinkle some salt on the pork, then marinate it in a mixture of ginger, soy sauce, mirin, and sake for about 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion. Cook until translucent, then remove from the pan.
In the same pan, start cooking the pork. Once both sides are browned, add back the onions and pour the marinade over, stirring to combine and reduce.
Place shredded cabbage on a plate, top with pork and onions, and serve with white rice.
