- 60g brown sugar
- 35g honey
- 🧈 60g cold butter
STEPS
Sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, and salt. Mix in brown sugar.
Add cold butter to the dry mixture and mix until crumbly. Use hands or a spatula.
Microwave honey for 15 seconds and mix into the crumbly mixture. Knead until a dough forms.
Shape dough into balls (20-25g each) and place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake at 160°C for 12 minutes.
