    • 100cc water
    • 2 tbsp white wine

    • A pinch of pepper

STEPS

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add chopped chili and canned tomatoes to the pan, stirring well.

Pour in water and white wine, then season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
