INGREDIENTS

- 🦑 150g frozen squid
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g bok choy (2 heads)
- đź§„ 1/2 clove garlic, sliced

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

STEPS
Cut the bok choy: separate stems and leaves, cut stems into wedges, and chop leaves into bite-sized pieces. Slice garlic thinly and remove its core with a toothpick.
Score the squid with a crosshatch pattern and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add squid and bok choy stems, stir-fry over medium heat until coated in oil.
Add sake, cover the pan, and steam for 1–2 minutes over low heat.
Add bok choy leaves and stir-fry briefly. Mix in seasonings and stir to combine.
