INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms, separated
Legumes
- 100g boiled soybeans
Protein
- 4 sausages, sliced into 1cm pieces
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- đź§„ A pinch of grated garlic
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- Chopped parsley, as needed
STEPS
Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms and slice thinly. Separate shimeji mushrooms.
Slice sausages into 1cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and sausages.
Once shiitake mushrooms soften, add boiled soybeans, grated garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry until soybeans turn golden and fragrant. Garnish with parsley and serve.
