    • 🥔 2 new potatoes
    • đź§„ 1 clove garlic

    • 1/2 tsp sliced chili

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

Cut the new potatoes into bite-sized pieces and wash them thoroughly. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes until a skewer can pierce through easily. Drain the water.

Mince the garlic.

Prepare the squid by removing the guts and tentacles. Cut the tentacles below the eyes and remove the tips. Slice the body into 1cm rings and wash thoroughly.

Heat olive oil, minced garlic, and sliced chili in a frying pan until fragrant. Add the new potatoes and fry on medium heat until the skin is golden brown.

Add the squid, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry on medium heat until the squid changes color.
