INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 5 leaves (150g) lettuce, outer leaves
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Oils
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove the core from the garlic and slice it thinly.
Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and pork, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the edges of the pork become crispy.
Remove excess oil with a paper towel. Add the seasonings (sake, chicken broth powder, salt, and pepper) and stir quickly. Add lettuce and stir-fry briefly to combine.
