INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack fish cake balls
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- đź§„ 10 cloves garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp water
STEPS
Prepare all ingredients.
Pour boiling water over fish cakes to remove oil and additives.
Drain the water and place fish cakes in a strainer.
Peel garlic and slice thinly.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic until lightly golden.
Add fish cakes and 3 tbsp water to the pan, stir-fry until softened.
Add soy sauce and oligosaccharide, stir-fry until evenly coated.
Add chopped green onion and stir briefly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
