  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 250g spring cabbage, cut into 3cm pieces
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
    • Pinch of sliced chili

    • 3 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

Wash the clams by rubbing their shells together.

Cut the spring cabbage into 3cm pieces. Thinly slice the garlic and remove its core.

Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add sake and clams, then stir-fry over medium heat. Cover and steam for about 2 minutes until the clams open.

Once the clams open, add the spring cabbage and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
